Fire Service Classroom

Eureka Fire Department and Humboldt Fire District #1 respond to emergency incidents together, so they must train together. For several years, these fire departments have been borrowing classroom space from local churches. The Eureka City Council strategic visioning action plan includes the construction of a fire service classroom at the water system property at Harris and L Streets.

Licensing your dog in the City of Eureka has changed

No longer will your dog�s license need to be renewed only in June or July each year. Following the example set by the County of Humboldt, the license will now be due at the same time of year that your dog received its rabies vaccination.
