The Eureka City Council at their August 5th meeting adopted a Resolution implementing Water Shortage Emergency Provisions. Council’s action was in response to the ongoing drought and the emergency water regulations adopted by the State Water Resources Control Board.

The regulation makes an exception for health and safety circumstances. The Resolution will remain in effect for 270 days from August 1, 2014, unless extended by the State or City Council action.
