Police Department Community Survey

Eureka Police Department has developed a Community Survey. We are asking community members who live, work or frequent the City of Eureka to take a few moments to tell us how we are doing, what their needs are and what we can do to further assist them. The Eureka Police Department holds their partnership with the community in the highest regard. We want to provide the highest quality of police services. Community input is needed to meet this goal.

The survey is available online at HERE. Click on the link for the survey. The survey should take only 5 to 10 minutes to complete. If you prefer a paper copy of the survey, you may request a copy by telephone at 707-441-4266. Copies will also be available at the Business Office of Eureka Police Department at 604 C Street , City Hall at 531 K Street and The Eureka Police Annex at the Bayshore Mall.

A reminder will also be sent on the City of Eureka Water Billing statements.

The survey will be open until May 31, 2009. We look forward to your responses.

The results of the survey will be published on or about July 1, 2009.
